Connect your custom domain
Go to Settings → Domains and add your agency domain. You'll add a CNAME record in your DNS provider (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, etc.).
Set up email and phone (LC Communications)
Activate LeadConnector to send emails and SMS. Go to Settings → Phone Numbers to purchase a number, and Settings → Email Services to verify your sending domain.
Configure your pipeline
Go to Opportunities → Pipelines and create your first sales pipeline with stages that match your sales process.
Import or add your first contacts
Go to Contacts → Import and upload a CSV, or add contacts manually. Map your CSV columns to GHL fields.
Build your first workflow
Go to Automation → Workflows and create a simple welcome sequence to test that everything is connected.
