Step-by-step guide
The Contacts section
Go to Contacts in the left sidebar. Every person who interacts with your business lives here. Contacts store name, contact info, tags, notes, activity history, and custom fields.
Contact detail view
Click any contact to open their detail page. Here you can see all conversations, activity, attached opportunities, tasks, notes, and appointments in one timeline.
Tags and smart lists
Tags are labels you add to contacts (e.g. 'hot-lead', 'customer', 'newsletter-subscriber'). Smart Lists are dynamic filtered views — they auto-update as contacts meet or stop meeting criteria.
Opportunities / Pipeline view
Go to Opportunities. This is your sales pipeline — a Kanban board showing deals organized by stage. Each card represents a deal tied to a contact.
Creating an opportunity
You can manually create an opportunity or let automations create them when a contact takes a certain action (e.g. fills out a form).
Pipeline stages
Customize your pipeline stages to match your sales process: e.g. New Lead → Contacted → Proposal Sent → Won/Lost. Drag opportunity cards between stages as deals progress.
