Prepare your CSV file

Export contacts from your current CRM, email tool, or spreadsheet. Make sure columns are clearly labeled: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, etc.

Add a tag to all imported contacts (e.g. 'imported-2024') so you can identify and segment them later.
